Most of the vegetarian meals that I make include tofu. I've pinned tons of vegetarian recipes that have tempeh but I had not gotten around to them until now. I really like using the tempeh because it has more of a meaty taste and texture compared to tofu. It kind of reminded me of eating a sesame and honey chicken nugget. As the recipe says, you can use other grains instead of Quinoa, which I forgot to buy; I used cous cous which tasted great!
