Chicken Stir Fry: Repurpose Soup Chicken

I know I that I wrote a huge post about stir fry before, so I won't repeat everything that I said in there, but I just wanted to remind you that if you have some frozen (or fresh) vegetables, some soy sauce, and some rice, you can cut up some of your leftover soup chicken and stir fry it all together.

The chicken is already cooked, so the whole dish will take about 10-15 minutes to make.

Here are some great stir fry ideas.  You can buy prepackaged frozen stir fry vegetables so you don't have to spend a fortune on fresh vegetables.
